Current Roles

Auckland
We are seeking a Rolex trained or accredited watchmaker to join our service centre. In this full time role, you will put your watchmaking knowledge, experience and technical ability to good use servicing and repairing our clients' watches. You will work in a small team with a real focus on quality and efficiency. This permanent role could be based on an employee or contractor arrangement.

The job will entail:
- Taking receipt of watches for service or repair
- Disassembling watches for issue diagnosis
- Quoting for nature and cost of repair
- Undertaking repair/servicing
- Reassembly and polishing
- Dispatch to clients
- Reordering and maintenance of adequate spare parts
- Operating in a safe and considered manner at all times

Christchurch
We are currently looking for a store manager to oversee staffing, sales and operations in our Christchurch store. Partridge Jewellers' managers aren't normal retail manager roles. They are more akin to overseeing a business of significant turnover, with direct input into events, product selection and strategy.


Who we look for

We want to hear from self-motivated and results-driven professionals with excellent communication skills. We value the relationships we build with our customers so a warm and engaging personality is very important.

The experience we offer our clients is key, so whilst we prefer jewellery or watch experience we are open to candidates who have other experience in a luxury environment. Full product training will be provided.

A high standard of personal presentation is important. We also work closely as a team so you should thrive in a fun but successful team environment.
